It looks to me, from searching on line for a solution, that this problem with FORD rear and side doors, or wherever, allowing DUST to come into the cabin and cargo area of their vans, SUVs and sedans is becoming a regular occurrence. That is why I'd like to either take FORD to court over it and include all the complaints in this battle for a recall in order to have FORD pay for the fix or refund our money for the cost of my vehicle. I might even consider punitive damages to my health, frame of mind, and extra costs. It is a huge health hazard to myself and I'm sure to most people out there, as very fine DUST starts to build inside the cabin as you drive, making breathing very dangerous indeed. I will take FORD to court over the course of the next month. In the meantime, I have a number of people looking how to rectify this horrible problem. This is causing me no sleep and worry as well. I've never had such a hideous vehicle in my life and wished I'd never bought a FORD van. I have to drive around all day breathing in dust as I am a courier and need a larger cargo van for work. If I get chemical pneumonia or tuberculosis from their horrid dust problem inside their van, I'll be suing FORD for a lot more money than the damn van is worth I'll tell you that.

🇺🇸 ford e-250 2013 [Brake] Mileage: 25000

issues with brakes locking up on the front right sideWe have had issues with our front brakes almost for day one. We have had the vehicle in for diagnosis six times. We replaced the brake pads on the passenger side at 10,000 miles and also had to replace the right front tire. Ford only told us they could not find any problem. The brakes continue to lock up mostly when we are going down hill on hair pin turns. We have found other complaints from other owners with these same issues. Today we found a bulletin on Fordproblems.com that talks about caliper replacement issues being very common on this vehicle. Ford has ignored our complaints but we travel a lot and when the brakes freeze up we are really worried about our safety. The model was typed incorrect the vehicle is an F-250 pick up. We have an appointment yet again to have Ford look at the brakes and calipers. If they do not replace the calipers during this appointment we will make a formal complaint to Ford direct to get the action we need for us to be safe on the road. I will follow up to update the complaint after our appointment.

Part of the plug blew out of the motor causing the threads to strip on the head. The other part of the spark plug fell into the motor causing internal damage in two cylinders. Dealer needed to replace motor with re-manufactured motor. Very expensive.

Death Wobble problem with my 2011 F-250 has occurred about 5 times already in past yr. Severely and dangerously shakes when it hits a pothole on HWY. Had alignment done as well as another part replace. Problem not solved. It is very dangerous. I was driving 65-70 on HWY when it does this shaking. I feel the lemon law should apply or Ford should recall this trucks.

When hitting uneven payment at highway speeds the front tires and steering starts to shake. As speed decreases, the wobble increases to the point where the violent shaking will not stop until almost a complete stop. I initially had this problem a few years ago when my tires were worn. Replaced tires and did not occur again until I had about 40k on the tires. I believe worn tires, in my case, is causing this phenomenon. Air pressure in the tires has nothing to do with it as I followed the NHTSA recommendation of 65 psiIMO I believe that as the tires wear down, they have less traction on the road surface which allows for the oscillation of the tires to occur. Putting on new tires is a bandaid for a defective design. I have heard that changing the position of the axle (I believe camber) can correct the problem. This can only be done with shims. In my case, I noticed that the shaking became worse as I slowed down. The natural reaction is to brake when the wobble begins. I decided that the next time it occurred, I would speed up. It works. The wobble corrects itself in a few seconds and is never near as severe as when I slow down. Crazy I Know. Ford, you know about this problem. However, you won't do anything about it until several deaths occur. I believe that punitive damages would be warranted due to the knowledge you have of this problem today.

🇺🇸 ford e-250 2015 [Engine] Defect age: 4 Mileage: 100000

I have been a loyal Ford customer since I first purchased a 1959 Ford Galaxy in 1966. In 2011 I purchased a Ford F250 Diesel. I loved this vehicle it was everything that I could want. Then with the warranty expired I had a incident on August 8th of 2014 where with very little warning the engine quit. I was in the middle of an intersection. I came close to getting hit by a number of cars. Reason I found out after having it towed to a dealership, a high exhaust temp senor, EGT, sent a false signal to the computer. I was charged for the repair to the tune of $344.19. I was without a vehicle for two days.. Then another sensor in the DEF tank rendered the vehicle inoperative in December of 2014. This past Monday the 18th, once again the vehicle died. This time I had a trailer attached. It happened to quit blocking an emergency entrance to a hospital. Again I had to have it towed which cost me $60. Same issue. I have since found out that there is a recall related to this issue. I decided that three sensor failures is not tolerable. I have traded the 250 in on a 150. I still love the 250 series and would have purchased another, but I can no longer trust the engines. This is a huge accident and lawsuit just waiting to happen. If this vehicle issue were to happen on a crowded and fast moving highway, the consequences could be disastrous for the owner of the truck and others around them. I am hoping that the new F150 will fill my needs, if not I may be forced to entertain another provider. Please take this in the spirit in which it is written. This is a dangerous vehicle and I am warning as many people who own a 250 or intend to purchase one of this potential hazard. My son owns one and I am encouraging him to get rid of it before something happens to his family.

My husband was driving this truck through a construction zone in Raleigh , NC . All of a sudden the steering wheel starts violently shaking and jumps out of his hands . Other vehicles had to scatter in the small space that was left around the concrete barriers . It was a miracle that everyone was able to maneuver around the out of control truck . My husband was so shaken that he had to pull over and stop . It took quite some time before he had the nerve to return the truck to the highway . He was also in a slight turn in the road . He took it to the Ford dealer and they said much like the other complaints . Tire pressure poor or out of alignment , This is a crock ! My husband then took it to a collision repair shop and had tires and alignment checked . All was fine . Another mechanic overheard the conversation and said it was the steering stabilizer bar . That they need to be replaced at 25,000 miles . Our vehicle is only at 22378 miles . This is a accident waiting to happen . I hope Ford steps up before people are killed like the Chevy cobalt issues . We are taking the truck to an off road truck shop to see what they recommend . Stay safe everyone !

This e-250 automatic transmission is horrible, at only 36,000 miles it started with a whining noise when it shifted into second gear. I had the trans fluid replaced the noise went down a little but the lurching in every gear when it shifts is getting worse. Sometimes it will not shift and the engine revs up to over 2000 rpm and lurches bad when it does shift.
