The light bulbs were replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the issue. The failure mileage was 100.
Symptoms of clock spring failure in steering wheel (buttons only working on half of steering wheel, horn not working). There are recalls for this same issue on other model Fords where at appears the airbag may be implicated. There is no recall for this on my model year, and Ford could not provide insight as to whether my airbag was also implicated.
Front end shimmy / wobble at 55 mph after hitting bump in road.
I was driving down the road like I always do, the cruise control just shut off. I tried to re-engage it and it would not respond, about 15 minutes later I engaged the cruise control successfully. This has happened numerous times over the last three weeks and now in order to engage the cruise control, I lift with my fingertips, the top left and the bottom left of the button and then it will engage. One occasion, the dash lights in trip 1 mode flashed. Then the control began working again.

The contact stated that while driving approximately 45 mph when a vehicle slipped on ice in front of their vehicle, in order to avoid crashing, the contact ended up steering into a nearby ditch crashing into trees. The seat belt buckle failed to secure the seat belt causing it to swing and hit the contact. The air bags did not deploy. The vehicle was not towed. A police report was not filed. The contact stated that the seat belt caused his teeth to be fractured and medical attention was needed. The vehicle was taken to a certified mechanic who had not diagnosed anything regarding the seat belt as of yet. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 200,00.
Goodyear wrangler kevlar lt 275/65r18 bought 4 from sullivan tire in bridgewater MA in 2019. Has normal average treadwear. Noticed my drivers side front tire kept losing air didn't notice any nails so I removed for inspection and noticed the inside sidewall peeling apart. I took pictures and took it into sullivan where they tried to say it was my fault due to tire shine. Im still dealing with sullivan I wanted to report because this can kill somebody.
While on open freeway with adaptive cruise set at 70mph passed a semi truck the brakes were applied violently. This occured 3 separate times.

I was driving with my cruise control set at 58 mph at 5:45 am this morning when I heard a loud "thunk", my vehicle decelerated rapidly, the speedometer dropped to zero then the engine revved up rapidly. I applied the brakes and the hazard signal to try to avoid an accident. This is not the first time such an event has occurred. Ford has csa19s07 active on my vehicle but the local Ford dealership has told me my vehicle is not covered by this csa. I have reported these incidents to Ford motor company with no resolution. My 2-13 F-150 has approximately 105,000 miles. I bought it new and have maintained it at Ford dealerships. Childre Ford in sandersville, GA recently performed the 100,000 mile service.
Brakes began to pulse when pressure applied to pedal. Complete loss of brake crashed in parking lot wall. Was knocked unconscious. The brake system has been professionally serviced. Cant find any reason for loss of brakes. This vehicle has been parked since incident. Because it will keep.
