The contact owns a 2020 Ford Fusion. The contact stated while driving at undisclosed speed, and stop to make a left hand turn while making the turn the another vehicle struck crash into the front and rear driver side of the vehicle which caused damage to the vehicle. The air bags did not deployed. There was no warning lights illuminated on the vehicle. The ambulance came to the scene and took the contact to the hospital where the contact had had injured their left rib and bruises to their upper body. The contact was the only person injured during the crash. A police report. Was filed. The vehicle was taken by the contact uncle the next day to an auto body shop where they inspected the vehicle and stated that the driver side front and rear door would need to be replaced. The contact concern is that after a severe accident they was involved with they do not know why the air bad did not deployed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 13,932.
I got into an accident on the highway, dear ran in front of me, hit deer car lost control and went into a ditch, hitting a tree. My air bag didn't deploy and my seatbelt didn't lock up. After I got an alert on my phone saying it was faulty. Suffering with neck and back injuries.
Dead battery again; this is a major concern on this particular fleet car that we have. Dealer had car towed in. I told them to check the connections. This seems to be a concern of other 2020 Ford Fusion owners as well, after researching. We need this vehicle in our fleet and we cannot have this keep happening. No dealer paperwork yet as the problem has not yet been resolved; car still at the dealer.

Battery drains very quickly and needs to be jump-started repeatedly, which has risks to safety and equipment. A new battery was installed earlier this month and it has already drained also. This is a fleet vehicle.

The touchscreen display is not working. It turned completely black. I cannot change the radio station. I shut off my car and turned it back on and it is still not working had to hard reset the system car also shifts hard in and out of park and reverse, makes a clunking sound and shifts hard in first and second.
