transmission failure. *tr

This complaint may seem petty to some individuals but it serious issue. The seat causes severe issues with lower hip and back. I am very active young individual and started experiencing pain preventing me from hard physical activity. Visited multiple doctors, therapists, and chiropractors. I should be better but sitting in the seats makes pain reappear. Driving this car is a big physical health danger and should be taken seriously from Honda.
When rains, water leaks into interior. Both back seats get wet & in a truck gets puddles of water. The wiring gets wet, which is dangerous because of safety issues. Please, let me know how to fix it. We have this issue since 2013, the car was purchased. The car was certified but dealerships rejected to fix it.
Makes clunking sound when in drive and the speed says 5 but the car is not moving I think the drive shaft is not together.
I took this seat apart to fix a wobble. Now I think there might be a larger safety concern with these seats. Problem: the rear height adjustment bar on the driver's seat has yielded to failure along a weld. This bar is used for synchronizing the seat height on the remote side and sending side. Symptom: this results in the remote side of the seat's height to float, causing a small but significant amount of twisting of one side as the (driver's) seat rocks on the height adjustment feet. Safety: the "twisting" action in a collision could cause unexpected failure of seat. . Read more...
I bought this vehicle with only ~74,000 miles yet the transmission slips 100% of the time when the automatic transmission shifts from first to second gear, and also second to third gear.
Car stalls out after higher speed driving, usually coming to a hard stop, requiring me to restart. Once it happened while I was driving on the freeway, so it was a bit scary, a safety concern. Usually while coming to a stop is when it occurs exiting freeways. I would like Honda to fix, but they tell me my VIN is not affected but my make model and year are,NHTSA campaign number 02v120000, and my car has the symptoms of an ignition problem. Also the ignition switch is rough and sometimes the key jams. Note that it could be that its past 15 years since the recall notice went out, but I never received the notice. I feel they are liable for this repair, I never got. I should not have to foot the bill and hope for a reimbursement as was suggested by their customer service rep. Anything you can do to compel them to fix it, I would greatly appreciate. The most recent occurrence was on 02/25/18 exiting the freeway and coming to a stop.
the car would no accelerate when the gas pedal was depressed. dealer claimed normal wear and tear and manufacturer had no prior complaints. an expensive pcv valve was replaced. *jb
when driving at low speeds without warning transmission would slip gears. *ak
