The contact owns a 2002 Suzuki Grand Vitara xl-7. The vehicle has bridgestone dueler h/t 687 (na) tires, size p235/60r17. The contact purchased the set of tires two years ago. Currently, the two front tires are deteriorating from the inside. The remaining tread depth was 1/8 and 1/16. The tire failure mileage was 25,000 and the vehicle current and failure mileages were 77,130.

Driveline vibration at over 57 mph. 24,000 miles. Dealer says there is nothing wrong, its normal for that vehicle! looking at it on lift for a hour, checked tire pressure, says everything is normal. There is a droning type noise definitely driveline related, any passenger with their eyes closed can tell when you are going over 57 mph. Either driveshaft problems or transmission, transfer case,rear end problem. Original tires hydroplaning at 24,000 miles. Had to replace tires, also alignment was off vehicle pulls to side. Second dealer also says there is no problem.
The vehicle's fuel line ruptured. The consumer request reimbursement for the faulty part and all parts replaced in an effort to find the cause of the fuel smell.
2000 Grand Vitara with 60k miles needs a timing chain tensioner. Have been told this part should not need to be replaced at 60k miles. Have read information from other Suzuki Grand Vitara owners with similar problems after warranty is expired.

While driving at 20 mph and turning to the right consumer lost control and hit a telephone pole. Upon impact, neither of the air bags deployed.
Key gets stuck in ignition switch. Consumer can't get key out of switch, and has to leave key in vehicle. Contact dealer, dealer stated could not get parts.
The driver was making a left turn at a speed of 15 mph, when all of a sudden the consumer lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree. The driver stated the tie rod was defective. Provide further details.
